Who Should Apply to the REALIZE Accelerator Program?

The REALIZE Accelerator provides early-stage health tech startups with the opportunity to refine their business model, gain expert feedback, and prepare for investment. To become one of the 10 high-potential startups per cohort, we’re looking for businesses that meet the following criteria:

Southern California-Based

You have team presence in one of the following counties, Imperial, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, or Ventura county, and are committed to growing the region.

Medical devices, diagnostics, or digital health company

This cohort focuses on companies with technology or research in medical devices, diagnostics, or digital health. If this is not you, help us choose the next cohort's focus by joining the interest list.

Pre-Seed/Seed Stage

Your company has secured some initial funding, such as angel investment or non-dilutive funding

Full-Time Commitment

Your team has at least one full-time founder or team member dedicated to the business.

Solving an Unmet Need

You are addressing a significant problem in healthcare with a venture-investable market size.
