With over 20 years of experience driving startup and corporate success, Sandra J. Miller became executive director of University Lab Partners in November 2024. She leads efforts to grow Southern California’s life science ecosystem through advanced lab facilities, global accelerator programs, and workforce development initiatives. Previously, Sandra was CEO of Foundry 415, co-founded the Stanford Mussallem Center for Biodesign, and helped launch Mighty Capital and Singularity University’s accelerator, expanding a portfolio to 30+ startups and $100M in funding. A mentor to 1,500+ entrepreneurs across AI, robotics, and biotech, she also served as director of InnovationX at Oregon State and advises the UC Entrepreneurship Network Council.
