Bryan received his PhD in immunology from Stanford where he researched approaches to enable healthy immune reconstitution following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for hematologic malignancies, including the use of regulatory T cell infusions to the donor graft in a phase 2 clinical trial (investigator-sponsored trial with Orca Biosciences). His industry experience includes spinning out an immunoregulatory therapeutic startup from his advisor's lab, scientific and business development work at a cancer immunotherapy early-stage startup, and running a small investing syndicate + consulting firm.
