Serge Jonnaert is a seasoned investment banker and executive with over three decades of expertise in identifying, evaluating, and executing successful M&A transactions in the technology sector. He has played a pivotal role in facilitating and closing complex global distribution agreements, strategic partnerships, consortiums, government contracts, and mergers and acquisitions, both in the U.S. and abroad. His extensive experience spans across healthtech, fintech, enterprise, cloud computing, desktop, mobile, IoT, AI, and interoperability solutions.Serge's passion lies in empowering companies to deliver purposeful and signature customer experiences. He brings this dedication to his leadership roles, serving on multiple boards. As President of the IVD Industry Connectivity Consortium, Serge leads efforts to enhance connectivity in the in vitro diagnostics industry. Additionally, he is an influential member of SHIELD, a clinical IVD workgroup with representation from key organizations such as the FDA, CDC, NIH, ONC, CMS, and industry leaders. Serge also contributes his expertise to the FDA's Reagan-Udall Foundation COVID-19 Diagnostics Evidence Accelerator Initiative, helping to drive innovation and evidence-based solutions in the fight against the pandemic.
