ULP's expansion at Soka will more than double the capacity for local high-growth, high-impact life science innovators to access the facilities and infrastructure, programming, and related resources needed to scale.
Join the Open House for an insider's look at the new facility which consists of 5 private labs ranging from 850 to 1,500+ sq ft.

We recommend booking with your team members interested in seeing potential graduation space. The space is available for occupancy April 2022.
